Mindy Kirsch Brown is a county judge in the Criminal Division of the Broward County Court of Florida. She was appointed by Gov. Charlie Crist on June 22, 2010 to replace Peggy Gehl. She was elected in 2012 to a term that expired on January 8, 2019.[1][2]

Brown received received her undergraduate and master's degrees (Criminology) from Florida State University and her J.D. degree from the Nova Southeastern University Law Center.[1]
