I am Mindy Pechenuk and I am a Republican Candidate for CA State Assembly 18. I am a U.S. Consitutuionalist and belive in the principles of the American System of economic growth through scientific progress. God created us in his image with a creative mind to make new discoveries which advance our nation and humanity. I firmly believe our education system needs to return to those classical ideas, not what we have today. I am a trained bassoonist and musican, a student of history and economics. That is why I stand against the central bank Federal Reserve system which is destroying our states and cities. We need to be productive again with industry, manufacturing and agriculture, This will allow our small businesses to develop and put an end to homelessness. Finally, as your state legislature I will work to shut down the drug cartels and their offshore markets which controlls the drugs and human trafficking.
  • I stand with the U.S. Consitutuion to restore our well being and the pursuit of happiness. Our children are our future.
  • I take on hardline oncrime, the drug cartels and offshore markets. These markets are key to controlling human trafficking and drugs
  • We are created in the image of God to be productive and this should guide everything we do. From education to industry
The education of our children is at the center of my fight. Califonia's current system and policiies to education must be stopped now. No more CRT or Transgender rights. I stand for an education system that will develop the creative minds of children, our future citizens. This means educationing based on the ideas in science, the arts, history, mathematics, literature that developed the principles of our country and State.

I have spent my years of my life fighting against the liberalization of drugs of any kind. As your state legislature I would be in a position to take on the drug cartels and the offshore financing. This includes human trafficking.

As your legislature I would be in position to put our focus on new industries, agriculature and small business. We must become productive again and stop the green agenda. This is key to dealing with homeless and the out of control crime.
I have many people who have been important to me. I will start with J.S.Bach, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, Verdi and Schumann. Also, George Washington, Ben Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, JFK,Lyndon LaRouche and Donald Trump. All these individuals have demonstrated courage and an understanding of what it is to be in the image of God in there own unique ways and have contributed to the development of humanity and our great nation.
I am a principles person and know when to be tough, and work with others.
As my grandmother said to me when I was a child. You are born to leave the world in a better place than you found it. Those words of wisdom have stayed with me my entire life. I have dedicated the last 50 years of my life to make that happen, both for our great Nation and for all humanity.
The governor and the state legislature should work together. Also the state legislature should work with the Federal government.
Our great state of California has several great challenges, which are interrealated. We need to uphold the principles of the U.S Consitutuion and the general welfare clause. The economy is the one uniting all the other policies and issues such as crime, homelessness, drug addication, education. We have a productive economy, which includes manufacturing, industry, agriculture, nuclear and fusion power. We need to shut down the green zero carbon policies. If we start with the American System of development, we can put an end to homelessness and crime. We can then support our small and medium businesses. We can educate and give every child a future with a mission!

We need to shut down the drug cartels and all the off shore money markets which control both the drug and human trafficking.
