The Minnesota Authorize Legislative Reapportionment Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized reapportionment of legislative representation and congressional districts at any time.[1]

Although the measure gathered more "yes" votes than "no" votes, Minnesota requires that the majority of all voters vote "yes" in order to pass an amendment. In 1910, there were 310,165 total voters, requiring a vote of at least 155,083 to pass a measure.
