The Minnesota Calling a Constitutional Convention Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 2, 1948 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized the legislature to call a constitutional convention with a two-thirds majority, without submitting the question to the voters.[1]
