The Minnesota Condemnation of Private Lands Amendment, also known as Amendment 6, was on the November 7, 1916 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have authorized the condemnation of private lands for construction of private drainage ditches.

Although the measure gathered more "yes" votes than "no" votes, Minnesota requires that the majority of all voters vote "yes" in order to pass an amendment. In 1916, there were 416,215 total voters, requiring a vote of at least 208,108 to pass a measure.
