The Minnesota Divert Mining Tax Proceeds Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 7, 1950 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized a diversion of 1 percent of the proceeds of the occupation mining tax to the veterans' compensation fund.
