The Minnesota Environmental and Natural Resources Trust Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure established the Minnesota Environmental and Natural Resources Trust Fund for environmental, natural resources and wildlife purposes.[1]
