Minnesota Establish Grain Elevators, Amendment 3 (1924)

The Minnesota Establish Grain Elevators Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 4, 1924 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have established state owned and operated public terminal grain elevators. The measure also would have provided for the acquisition of sites and facilities for the construction, maintenance and operation of the grain elevators.[1]
