The Minnesota Exchange of State-Owned Lands Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the exchange of state-owned lands for other lands owned by state or local governments.[1]
