The Minnesota Extend Legislative Sessions Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 6, 1888 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure extended the biennial sessions of the legislature to 90 days each.[1]
