The Minnesota Highway Bond Restrictions Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed restrictions on the interest rates and amounts of trunk highway bonds.[1]
