My goal is to focus on supporting our community on St.Paul's Eastside, which is incredibly diverse, and has very diverse needs. This is why I want to work together with our many diverse communities on the Eastside to rebuild it together so that it works for everyone..

My vision for "rebuilding" the district so that it works of everyone means building new houses, fixing our roads, supporting public transit, and pushing for municipal broadband.

There's also "soft infrastructure" I want to focus on, which looks like fully funding our public schools, and fully supporting our public health infrastructure.

I think every issue is inter-related, so what I think is important is that everyone gets to thrive in an equitable way. For example, supporting affordable housing would result in better health outcomes for residents, and having a safe and stable home can help improve a student's academic performance. On the Eastside, our community needs: someone to present answers to the affordable housing crisis; the academic achievement gap that worsened during the COVID-19 pandemic; and to support Eastsiders who want to open businesses in the community. These are all issues I plan to address.

My first job was delivering the Eastside Review to our neighbors on St. Paul's Eastside.
