The Minnesota Investment of School Funds Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 3, 1942 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure changed the requirements for investment or loan of permanent school and university funds.[1]
