The Minnesota Investment of School Funds Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 7, 1916 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized investment of school and university funds in first mortgages on improved farms.[1]
