The Minnesota Majority for Ratifying the Constitution Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 4, 1952 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided for a 60 percent popular majority of voters voting on the question before a new state constitution can be considered legally ratified by the electorate.

Although the measure gathered more "yes" votes than "no" votes, Minnesota requires that the majority of all voters vote "yes" in order to pass an amendment. In 1952, there were 1,460,326 total voters, requiring a vote of at least 730,164 to pass a measure.
