Minnesota Number of Judges, Amendment 1 (1875)

The Minnesota Number of Judges Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 2, 1875 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure provided for the division of judicial districts as well for at least one judge in each district.[1]
