The Minnesota Payment for Vietnam Veterans Amendment, also known as Amendment 4, was on the November 7, 1972 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized bonus payment to Vietnam veterans.[1]
