The Minnesota Presentation and Veto of Bills Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 5, 1968 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the legislature to present bills to the governor within three days after the legislature adjourns. The measure also allowed the governor fourteen days to sign or veto such bills.[1]
