The Minnesota State Tax for Roads and Bridges Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 5, 1912 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized a one mill state tax for roads and bridges and permitted the state to assume the entire cost of any project.[1]
