Walker, Minnesota: A Minnesota man was arrested and sentenced to more than two years in prison for his threats to a Cass County Sheriff's Deputy.[1]

According to criminal complaints, the Cass County Deputy was called in December of 2011 to a Cass Lake home. There were complaints of a fight, and 31-year-old Robert Joseph Jones was consequently arrested on an outstanding warrant and later taken to jail. The complaints state that Jones said he was part of the Native Mob gang, making several threats to the deputy, including saying he would find out where the deputy resided.[1]

Jones was convicted of a felony by the jury for his terroristic threats and was sentenced on May 21st, 2012 by a Minnesota judge.[1]
