Miriam B. Hutchins
Miriam B. Hutchins was an associate judge on the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland. She has served as a judge on the court from July 31, 2000, until 2020.[1][2]

Hutchines received her undergraduate degree in history from Goucher College in 1973 and her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1976.[1]
