Mississippi 2010 ballot measures
No measures have been certified for the November 2, 2010 statewide ballot in Mississippi.
- Two measures that did not make the ballot were citizen initiatives.
- One of those measures dealt with tobacco.
- Another dealt with abortion.

According to Mississippi signature requirements - petitions were required to be filed at least 90 days prior to the convening of the legislature to which it was to be submitted - the measures don't qualify for the 2010 ballot.
