The Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Mississippi on November 6, 1979, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended: Article 6. The amendment proposed that the legislature would establish a commission on judicial performance.[1]
