The Mississippi Voter Residency, Amendment 1, also known as Amendment 1, was on the ballot in Mississippi on June 4, 1968, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended: House Concurrent Resolution No. 5. The amendment addressed residency voter requirements.[1]
