The Mississippi Widow's Pensions, Amendment 4, also known as Amendment 4, was on the ballot in Mississippi on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended via Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 519. The amendment proposed that the section regarding pension to Confederate soldiers and their widows be repealed.[1]
