The Missouri Conduct of Elections Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The measure would have required an election audit of randomly selected precincts prior to the certification of election results, provided that all votes in Missouri be cast on paper ballots, required election authorities update voter rolls upon notification by a state or federal agency, and required, except in primaries for federal offices and statewide offices, the candidate who receives the most votes to be declared the winner of the election.[1]
