The Missouri Early Voting and Election Procedure Initiative was not on the November 2012 ballot in the state of Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure would have allowed for early voting on general federal elections and would amend procedures relating to voter identification affidavits, voting address updates, and provisional ballots.[1]

A total of four versions of the initiative have been confirmed for circulation.[2]

The initiatives were proposed by Matt Cologna of Springfield, Missouri. A similar initiative - an initiated state statute - was also proposed by Cologna for the 2012 ballot.
