The Missouri Earned Paid Sick Time Initiative did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated state statute on November 5, 2024.
This initiative would have required employers to provide one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. For employers with more than 15 employees, no more than 40 hours will be used annually, and for employers with less than 15 employees, no more than 24 hours will be used annually.[1]
