I believe that access to healthcare is a fundamental right and not a privilege.

I believe that every child in Missouri should have access to a free, quality, public education regardless of zip code.

I support reasonable firearm policies that promote public safety and crime prevention without infringing on second amendment rights
The role of government should primarily be to protect the rights of citizens.

The government does not create jobs. Our legislature should create an environment for businesses to succeed, then get out of the way and let them.

Solid education is the best path forward to create a prosperous future for Missouri.
I believe in equal treatment under the law for every Missourian regardless of race, color, age, physical, intellectual, and/or developmental abilities, economic status, religion, creed, sex, national origin, ethnicity, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. I support adding "sexual orientation and gender identity" to the non-discrimination laws and policies of our state, and the passage of hate crime legislation to protect equal rights.
I am passionate about Quality Education. From Pre-K through the collegiate levels, our schools shape the minds of our children and determine the future quality of society. Our schools need the appropriate resources to achieve there goals. They should be responsible stewards of the taxpayer's money that they are given. Parents should provided with as many school options that are possible to ensure that each child's educational needs will be met.

Our healthcare industry is facing many challenges, and our legislature should work very closely with providers accross the state to ensure that our citizens can all receive great care in a SAFE and affordable environment.

With the government reaching into the pockets of every citizen and business, and our state budget reaching all time highs, the legislature should take a firm stance against finding new ways to spend tax dollars. It is every legislators responsibility to ensure every dollar is used responsibly or returned to the taxpayers.
