The Missouri Requirements for Referendums Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
This initiative would have allowed for citizen initiatives to be signed by one third of the members of either chamber of the state legislature, allowed for the process of electronic signatures for initiative petitions, and allowed the legislature to call a special election for referendums and initiative petitions.[1]
