The Missouri Local Minimum Wage Initiative did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
This initiative would have provided for any county, city, town, or village the right to require employers to pay a minimum wage or employment benefit that exceeds federal or state law, rules, or regulations.[1]
