The Missouri Open Primary and Top Four Ranked Choice Voting Initiative did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
This measure would have established open primaries and top four ranked choice voting for statewide offices, Missouri General Assembly, county offices, and the United States Congress.[1]
