The Missouri Require Constitutional Amendments to be Voted on in Even-Numbered Year Elections Amendment was not on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The four versions of the submitted initiative would have required constitutional amendments to be voted on in even-year elections, as well as requiring attaching the ballot title language or full petition language to petitions that have been certified for signature collection.[1]
