The Missouri Top-Three Ranked Choice Voting Measure did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The measure would have allowed for ranked-choice voting with a minimum of three candidates for senator and representative, eliminated the primary election in 2026 for state legislators, elected state senators at large, instead of by district, and reduced the number of state representatives from 163 to 160 (20 members from each of the eight congressional districts).[1]
