The Missouri Transfer Student Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The amendment would have provided for any charter, public, or private school to accept transfer students, and allowed for any K-12 student in the state to attend any charter, private or public school outside of the district of their home residence who meet certain academic, attendance and disciplinary requirements.[1]
