Biography
Mitchell Woodrum’s career experience includes working in the West Virginia Division of Labor for 24 years through various roles such as director of manufactured housing, director of licensing, deputy commissioner and acting commissioner.[1] Woodrum was appointed to serve as the West Virginia labor commissioner in 2017 following the resignation of former Commissioner David Mullins.[2]
