Measure J: Shall Section 300 of the Modesto City Charter be amended to eliminate runoff elections for Council districts and continue, if necessary, runoff elections for the position of Mayor, to be held on the first Tuesday in February of each even numbered year, commencing with the year 2012 and delete irrelevant dates?[1] |
