How will you improve economic opportunities in District 12?
My plan focuses on bringing more diverse jobs to NC with higher paying wages to match the rising cost of living. I support increasing the minimum wage, providing small business grants, and revitalizing our manufacturing sector. We need to bridge the gap between education and employment to ensuring that every resident can thrive in the 21st-century economy.
What is your plan for affordable health care?
I will promote affordable healthcare for all NC citizens, including strengthening Medicaid and Medicare to protect our most vulnerable. Premiums should not double or triple, and we must work to bring health care costs down. All NC citizens deserve to have affordable, reliable health care coverage, and I will fight to make that a reality.
Do you support SNAP Benefits for all seniors?
Yes, I strongly support expanding SNAP benefits for all seniors. No senior should have to choose between buying groceries and paying for their medication or utilities. Our elderly citizens have contributed to our communities their entire lives, and they deserve food security in their golden years. I will fight to ensure that every senior in North Carolina has access to nutritious food and the SNAP benefits they need to live with dignity.
What is your stance on Social Security for seniors?
I believe that seniors' Social Security should not be taxed and deductions should not be taken out. Our seniors have worked hard their entire lives and deserve to keep their full benefits. No senior should have to choose between purchasing food and prescription drugs. I will fight to protect and strengthen Social Security so that our elderly can live with the dignity and financial security they have earned.
What is your plan for education in North Carolina?
I am committed to reducing tuition costs to ensure all students can afford to receive a quality education. This is essential to ensure the growth and forward-thinking progress of North Carolina. I also support increasing federal funding for schools and raising teacher pay to attract the best talent.
What are you doing to protect our environment?
North Carolina's natural beauty is a treasure. I support a balanced approach that promotes clean energy jobs—solar and wind—while preserving our coastlines and mountains. We can have a robust economy and a healthy planet simultaneously.
What is your vision for technology and innovation in NC?
I am committed to advancing trustworthy technology, ai, and innovation that benefits all North Carolinians. We must be well-equiped to take on these oppurtunities and challenges to make North Carolina stronger, safer and more properous than in the past. My plan includes increasing the supply of affordable housing, providing support for first-time homebuyers, and working to lower costs so that home ownership is a reality, not just a dream, for North Carolinians.

I advocate for fair immigration practices and humane treatment for all. We need to improve our citizenship practices by creating practical, efficient pathways to citizenship with integrity. I support comprehensive reform that respects human dignity while ensuring a secure and orderly process. I will fight for equality and civil rights in nc for all people.
