Monet S. Wilson Elected as the 1st African American Alderwoman in the 128 year history of the City of Calumet City. I am an equity and equal rights advocate who supports policies that restores and protects the dignity and rights of marginalized communities. I am transparent and consistent. I am the change that is needed in the 29th District.
  • I am present and connected to the issues that plague the communities within the 29th District.
  • I am a champion of and an advocate for equity rights that move us past just being equal. It offers a stakeholder position across the board.
  • I am not part of the corruption that my opponent seems to be deep into. My focus is being the elected voice of the people I’m called to serve.
