Monica Diaz (Utah)
Monica Diaz is a judge for Juvenile Court of the Utah Third Judicial District. She assumed office in 2021.

She was appointed to the court on April 29, 2021 by Gov. Spencer Cox (R) to replace James R. Michie, Jr.[1]
Biography
Diaz received her bachelor's degree from Westminster College and her J.D. from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. She has served as a deputy district attorney in the Salt Lake County Attorney’s Office and as a managing attorney at Utah Juvenile Defender Attorneys, LLC. Directly prior to her appointment, she had served as director of the Utah Sentencing Commission since 2020.[1]
