|I current have one students in Fayette County Public Schools and one entering in 2025. I have been a active participant in the schools serving as Advocacy Chair for our school parent group for two years, as well as serving on multiple school board committees.
Currently I am a Assistant Professor at a local University. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Ph.D. in Education and from Eastern Kentucky University with a Master's in Public Health.- Promote a school culture where voices are heard and valued in driving student success.
- Ensure health and safety by continued investment in social-emotional learning resources, holistic student support services, and maintaining and renovate existing facilities.
- Providing fiscal responsibility through a district-wide curriculum inclusive of STEM, language, arts, & music, prioritizing the needs of students, teachers, & staff In the classroom and ensuring accessibility to the school system’s budget and fiscal policies.
