Monica Shulman
Monica Shulman is a judge on the New York County Family Court in New York. She was appointed by Democratic Mayor Bill de Blasio on August 5, 2016.[1]
Biography
Shulman received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University and a J.D. from Touro College. Prior to becoming a judge, she was a court attorney-referee in the family court from 2010 to 2016. Her professional experience also includes working as the supervising attorney for the Manhattan Family Court Legal Services Division for the Administration for Children's Services.[1][2]
