Monique Metoyer
Monique Metoyer was a 2014 candidate for the 9th Judicial District in Louisiana.[1] She was defeated by Monique Rauls in the 2014 election.[2]

Metoyer ran for election to the 9th Judicial District.
Primary: She was successful in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 28.3 percent of the vote. She competed against Monique Rauls, Tiffany N. Sanders, and Clifton J. Spears, Jr.
General: She was defeated in the general election on December 6, 2014, after receiving 44 percent of the vote. She competed against Monique Rauls.

Education
Metoyer received a B.S. in criminal justice, with a minor in general history, from St. Mary's Dominican College in 1985. She earned her J.D. from Southern University Law Center in 1988.[5]
