Montana Abolish State Board of Milk Control, I-96 (1984)

The Montana Abolish State Board of Milk Control Initiative, also known as I-96, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have abolished the state board of milk control and eliminated state control of the price of milk. The measure also would have eliminated certain license requirements and other regulations on the sale of milk.[1][2]
