The Montana Beer and Wine License Quota System Initiative, also known as I-94, was on the November 2, 1982 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was defeated. The measure would have abolished the quota system for beer and wine licenses and allowed businesses with sufficient kitchen and dining room equipment to sell meals to apply for a license to sell beer and wine.[1][2]
