The Montana Confidentiality of the Judicial Standards Commission Amendment, also known as C-9, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed statutory exceptions to the confidentiality of the documents of the Judicial Standards Commission. The commission investigates charges of misconduct by judges.[1][2]
