The Montana Consolidation of City and County Governments Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 7, 1922 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the legislature to consolidate any city and county governments under one municipal government.[1][2]
