Montana Determination of Economic Assistance, C-18 (1988)

The Montana Determination of Economic Assistance Amendment, also known as C-18, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the legislature greater discretion in providing economic assistance and social and rehabilitation services to those in need.[1][2]
