Montana Discipline of Judges, C-13 (1984)

The Montana Discipline of Judges Amendment, also known as C-13, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Montana as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the Supreme Court to discipline a judge or justice for violation of canons of judicial ethics adopted by the court.[1][2]
