Montana Disposal of Radioactive Waste, I-84 (1980)

The Montana Disposal of Radioactive Waste Initiative, also known as I-84, was on the November 4, 1980 ballot in Montana as an initiated state statute, where it was approved. The measure prohibited the disposal of radioactive waste material within the state of Montana.[1][2]
